Shane Announces 3 Part Writers Worshop 

On Sale Monday October 5th

Shane has announced that he will be conducting a 3 part Writers Workshop beginning in early November. The classes will be once a week for 3 weeks with the following themes:

Week 1: The Workshop

Week 2: Let's Share

Week 3: Q & A

There will be 4 sessions available in November with a limit of 30 students per session to keep them intimate and allow for more discussion.

Shane Koyczan’s childrens book, To This Day, has been listed in the 2015 Cooperative Children’s Book Center Choices List. CCBC Choices is a best-of-the-year list created annually by the librarians of the Cooperative Children’s Book Center and published by the Friends of the CCBC Inc. CCBC Choices 2015 is a fully annotated listing of 259 books published in 2014 for birth through high school and recommended by the CCBC professional staff.

‘Stickboy’ An Art Exhibition at the Ayden Gallery, Vancouver 

A new art exhibition is coming to the Ayden Gallery, featuring work inspired by Shane’s novel in verse, ‘Stickboy’. This show is in association with Vancouver Opera and will feature some incredible artistic talent whose work will focus on the subject of bullying.
